![]() Delete the FarmingSimulator2019 folder in : DocumentsMyGames. ![]() Delete the inputBinding.xml file in : DocumentsMyGamesFarmingSimulator2019. It drove me crazy for a couple of hours!! I hope they can figure out why it works at first(perhaps it works before it saves a local inputBinding.xml file to the My Games folder?) and fix it so you don't have to do that. Here are a few things you can try to make your Xbox Controller work : - In the options menu, open the keyboard/gamepad controls tab and press reset. I closed the game and did a find and replace in that file, finding the value 'device="0"' and replacing it with 'device="2"' and restarted the game and my xbox controller worked with the default mappings! I also use the same controller for 'Dig It' and it works like a charm. No need to download any drivers, windows will recognize the controller, download and install the drivers needed and once it says its ready, itll work in FS15. The file is located in the Documents > My Games > FarmingSimulator2017 folder. I use an XBOX One controller connected by USB cable. Instead of redoing all of the mappings, i was able to do a replace in the 'inputBinding.xml' config file to get the default mappings to work. It then occurred to me that in the 'Controls 2' page I had two options to switch between in the Controller field, the first being 'Bluetooth' and the second xInput(which is the xbox controllers) and it dawned on me that the 1 indicated it was mapped for the bluetooth and the 2 for the xInput controller. Normally I would say this is down to the controller however I have tested 2 other xbox controllers (one of which is brand new) and the. ![]() The same happens when driving any vehicle, if I press the left stick to move the vehicle left, the camera will also spin around to the left. I then notice that once I saved the new mapping, the gamepad mappings were adding a for ones i didn't change and a for the ones I changed after the mapped button. When walking forward it is moving the camera down at the same time. even a small sudden turn at +100km/h will flip your car anyway IIRL. Much easier to do careful maneuvering this way than trying to go straight sideways on the stick. However adding a keybinding to the gamepad column only enabled the function that I mapped, which means I would have had to remap the whole controller! When you steer, push the left stick all the way up (12 o clock) then slide it right and left to steer. I had the same issue, it worked the first time I played but after changing a video setting it stopped working.
